The Naughty Boy Once upon a time, there were a ten year old kid who was very disobedient. He never listened to what his parents said and always did what he wanted to do. His parents tried in vain to straighten their kid's behavior. Many of the baby sitters hired by his parents to look after him while they were at work had to quit, because they could not handle him. One day, a fierce winter storm hit the area where they lived. Snow and ice covered the streets. His father picked the mother from work and they were on their way home when a big truck slammed into their car after it slid on the icy road. The parents were taken to a nearby hospital after sustaining severe injuries that were life-threatening. When the boy heard of what happened he was very sad. The fact that he might lose his parents brought tears to his eyes. At that point, he realized how much he loved his parents. He also realized how much trouble he gave them by not being a good boy. He looked up to the sky and said "please God, save my parents, i know i have been a naughty boy, but i promise to be a good boy if you saved their lives". God answered his prayer and his parents got well. He kept his promise and became a good boy and never disobeyed his parents again..
